Soldiers Honoured at Araluen’s Remembrance Ceremony
Araluen’s Remembrance Day will be held from The Grove of the Unforgotten, which was built in memory of the 88 Young Australia League members who made the ultimate sacrifice in World War I, with the first ceremony held at the site in 1934.
We are pleased to welcome Ms Di Ryder as our guest speaker for this 2020 ceremony. Ms Ryder is currently the President of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Veterans Support Association in WA and was the 2021 NAIDOC Lifetime Achievement Award.
